  1. preheat oven to 350°f.
  2. remove stems and dispose of the stems.
  3. wash mushrooms in cold water and let drain on paper towel for a few min, then place in a 11"x 13" glass backing pan and set aside.
  4. Take premade stuffing, Bacon and Swiss cheese and mix in a mixing bowl then add garlic powder, onion powder and parsley and mix well.
  5. take cooking spray and spray pan and mushrooms lightly so nothing sticks.
  6. fill mushroom with a tablespoon of the stuffing mix and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top each Mushroom..
  7. place in preheated 350 °f oven, cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until mushrooms are browned and cheese is thoroughly melted place on Platter and enjoy..
